I had the worst Experience Ever with these Dishonest people, I took my car to them for a Transmission replacement on a recommendation from a friend who has dealt with them for over 20 years, They first said they would search for a suitable Transmission for my vehicle, kept my Truck for over 2 Months before saying they couldn't find one, So i had it towed only to discover my truck had been damaged from an attempted theft, Wires were ripped out from under the dash, The tools were still in the passenger seat, When we contacted ... read more
Whatever quality of service this shop used to have is long gone. Do not take your vehicles here. I brought my Corvette here after a minor accident with a deer. When I first picked it up, the Corvette logo on the hood was badly glued on, the front bumper was not put back together correctly, they had destroyed my license plate cover and had not replaced it and the headlights were malfunctioning. Should be stripped of any "Tesla Certified" marker, and investigated. My front bumper has sanding spot errors all over, and a totally different color paint. This is NOT service you expect for a company that supposedly does high end cars. Don't be fooled! My Tesla Model X was in Suburban for some work with a wheel and adjustments. I'm in Toledo, two hours away, so I kindly asked Tesla if they would check it to make sure all is fine. This review is for SCC-N.Olmsted. They were recommended by Allstate Insurance’s Claims Adjuster for an accident I filed a claim against Allstate’s insured party. I went with them considering that the Adjuster had worked with them numerous times in the past—I thought it’ll be easier for all parties involved.
