Scam you into more repair work. Vehicle was taken for a dash light. They took the engine apart, I paid $1,050.00 and my warrenty company paid $6,989.00. They had the vehicle over a month. The day I picked the vehicle up they couldn't find it at first it was on a rack. Then after paying it shut down. Now they say it's the starter.

My car was hit by 3 huge moving deer. Needless to say, my entire driver side of my car was smashed in. From the front fender all the way to the back bumper. I filed a claim with my insurance and since I had gotten my last 3 cars at Suburban in Garden City I took it there to be repaired. BIG MISTAKE!!When my car was finished, I went up to pick it up. Let me start off by saying i wish i could give these people 0 stars. They are the most UNBELIVBLE dealership i have ever worked with ever!! Recently I had taken my 2016 Dodge Durango R/T to this service department to have my engine light checked. They did a inspection of the vehicle and determined that the emissions had a leak in it. We had them fix the part and picked the vehicle up (after they had it for 4 weeks to fix 1 part). Not even 2 days later they engine light popped right back on. PLEASE friends and family SHARE! I’d like everyone to know to STAY AWAY FROM Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City Michigan. As of 10/28/2020 I dropped my 2020 JEEP COMPASS(A lease) (something that in two years comes back to them) off to (VERONICA FARMER) a service consultant for my 9 am APPOINTMENT. Service department is terrible!! We took our truck there on the 14th of June and as of today which is the 27th, it is still there and they have no answers for us. They knew we took it to Firestone prior and even asked us what their diagnosis was. I would have to say not very experienced in Dodge vehicles at this Dodge dealership. I have sent emails to the advisor, the service manager and also the CEO. Frustrated and disappointed
