I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the check up! I missed 3 days at work and I Had to come back another day to change the oil car. Unacceptable! When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that!
I purchased my first vehicle from Suburban in August of 2020. It was a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 and it was beautiful. In fact, the used car sale manager Doug told me it was in such great shape that if I didn't act quick, they were adding another $1,000 onto the price tag the next day.
