This company is has poor business ethics. I have never been to a dealership where a contract is agreed upon for one amount, a down payment is made, documents signed, we get the keys and drive off in the car, and the dealership calls, text and states the deal requires more of a down payment. Then upon all this harassing phone calls saying to drop off the car, they called the authorities on myself and my husband. Do not go here unless you have time to waste. They could not find the keys to the truck I was interested in. I barely set eyes on the truck before they wanted to run a credit application. I had said multiple times I was not buying. I drove 2 hours so I could look and not buy it without seeing. I am picky with vehicles. I am glad I did because the truck was in horrible shape for 2 years old. Cosmetic issues everywhere, let alone they could not get it started. I had the most awful experience with these people! Seriously the only person that actually helped me was the front desk lady in which I ended up giving her a gift card after all the grief I had here. The salesman, Logan and the finance guy, Vincent talked me into the warranty in which afterward I didn't know you could go elsewhere and get a cheaper warranty through your own bank.
