Handled maintenance in a timely manner and good communication.
Start by being upfront and honest about the condition of the vehicles they sell. I don't care if it is from the "B" lot, selling vehicles with expensive issues that they should have been aware of harms the reputation of the entire company. I will NEVER refer anyone to Suburban Chevrolet.
Easy sale experience but the follow up needs some work. I bought a van that did not come with a remote control for the dvd system, the salesman said he would make sure I get one which was awesome, but days turned into a week then another week and never got the remote after speaking with the salesman on a couple different occasions. Again the sales part was fantastic but don't say one thing then forget about it later down the line
Horrible body shop work would never recommend
Suburban kept my vehicle from Thursday - Tuesday they claim they had a hard time getting a part, but one issue is that the communication was poor. By the end of each day I was the one calling to find out what was going on, and they kept promising the vehicle would be done and it wasn't. When I finally asked for a loaner vehicle they conveniently didn't have one, so no I would never recommend or return to Suburban Chevrolet.
Thanks Mark Brown for selling me an awesome car! I love my Jeep!
