SLIMY SALESMAN. Viewed the car 3 times and each time we were rushed around. Felt like we didn’t get to really look at the car thoroughly the first three times because the salesman was trying to get us out the door before closing time. Disappointing. I simply asked to see a copy of my credit report because the score they provided was lower than the lowest score when I paid to see all three bureaus. After calling GM, I was told to go to the dealer to obtain the report. The sales manager at Suburban Chevrolet of Ann Arbor then sent me an email refusing to share my report and a document she had created instead of the actual report. The dealership did not look at anything other than body damage after my accident. I had brake problems and stiff steering after getting my 2015 Equinox back. I took it back in and was told that it was “wear and tear”. Yet I had no problems before the accident. I will be going to the Attorney Generals office and reporting this to them and I will be writing a letter to Mary Barra’s office. -Andrew Schlaud P.S.
