have been an 8 year (loyal) patient of Suburban Associates in Ophthalmology (unfortunately). You are put thru about 1.5 hours of multiple types of eye exams by semi skilled staff only to have 10 minutes with a Doctor. who does an exam dictating in medical terminology to staff and then just walks out, not explaining his findings to me. Then I was told to set up a patient portal for that info. At one point it was discussed for me to have a cornea scraping but I would have to sign a release that I accept all responsibility up t... read more
