My 18 year old cat was in a lot of pain. It happened very fast. I had to put her to sleep. Everyone that worked there was very kind and sensitive. A week later I got a card from them telling me how sorry they were. It was signed by all employees.
Very fast and efficient. Very professional as well. Was able to get me in that day and were very kind the whole time. I’m switching over to them from colonial because they treat you much better. Pricing was definitely fair as well.
I took my dog here because I needed a second opinion. I had another dog may years ago and took that dog to Suburban Animal Hosiptal for a second opinion. Very long story I called the other clinic to find our why and how they were diagnosing and cancer. Turns out the vet no longer worked there!! I won't be going back. I am thinking of writing a letter to complain and ask for my money back. SUBURBAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL made us feel comfortable and my dog was examined. Knowledgeable, kind, friendly staff. Honest vet! They are usually on time, and they don't make you feel rushed. Prices are fair and they don't push.
