DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! This is by far the most unpleasant and unprofessional consumer experience I have ever had. I took my car in to have an oil change as I was leaving to drive home 1000 miles the next day. When I got home I noticed an oil leak. I took it to a local mechanic who verified that the leak was coming from the oil pan drain plug and attempted to tighten it to see if that would stop the leak. No go.
