We had a great experience over the past few years until we were overcharged for a total of three months. We have been trying to get a refund for a while now and still don’t have resolution. Every time we call we are told someone will give us a call back but no one ever does. I’m very disappointed that they are not willing to resolve this issue after multiple attempts for over a month now.
