I would give a less than 1 star, if it was possible. I recently switched to this dental office after my previous dentist—who was always warm, friendly, and professional—retired. Unfortunately, this new experience has been extremely disappointing. I went in for what I was told would be a routine cavity filling and was unexpectedly informed during the procedure that I needed a crown.
