Very prompt response by Subterranean and our basement drain problem was corrected. Alex got Michael to our home for same day service knowing that we had a bad problem. Michael trouble shot the situation and Nate and his partner did the difficult and heavy work to get our drains running free and clear again a day later. Bottom line, I don’t know much about plumbing but trust what they did in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

My ancient pipes were so old they couldn’t actually help me, but they reduced their inspection fee and arranged for someone to come the next day who could do it, so they saved me a lot of hassle.
