Very professional. Very reasonable price.
My yard is set up with all the meters outside in the alley, thus calling Bluestake/811 is totally pointless. They all come in, spray the alley, and go "Nothing to worry about." Other than the fact that I have water/gas/sewer lines that are hidden.... Not anymore! Subterra came in and quickly located all of them. He even gave an estimated depth with was within a couple of inches each time. Super quick, super professional. I would highly recommend.
John was super helpful and informative on the phone when I called to ask about locating some water lines on my property. I felt kinda bad picking his brain and getting advice only to find out I probably didn't need his services after all. Anyway, if I decide to do the location I'll call him back for sure!
I needed to find out the location of the utility lines in my backyard so that they would not be disturbed during an upcoming excavation project. I was very pleased with my experience with John.
