I left two messages because my of 3 day DEP notice due to a water main break as a result of a tree’s roots not maintained by NYC and Subsurface WaterMain & Sewer Contractors, Inc.‘s website says, “don’t wait until your water gets cut off, 24/7, emergencies” etc…. and they never called me back. I would have appreciated a call that at least stating, sorry we’re unavailable or something, anything. I am very disappointed because I read such good things about this company, their workmanship and prices.
