This company is an absolute total joke filled with a completely incompetent billing department. They REFUSE to help unless you pay their copayment first. I explained multiple times that my insurance covers outpatient services completely without co payments. One stop shop for substance abuse and mental health treatment including - medication management, individual/group therapy, and case management. BEST has speciality treatment tracks for things like maternal mental health, DWI education, parenting, DV groups and more!

Great facility, clean and comfortable. I love coming to my sessions and seeing the staff, whether it's front desk, counselors, doctors, or supervisors. They're really willing to go the extra mile and even talk to my parents when they drop me off for my appointments or are waiting for me in the lobby.
