My family and friends have always enjoyed the delicious custom made sandwiches, the friendly courteous staff, and the comfortable atmosphere. HOWEVER, tonight I experienced the worst customer service I've ever had, anywhere! It was actually a very unexpected, really strange experience. The two employees NEVER smiled. Not once.
