Had my appointment on Dec 5 was told I would receive my medication in 2 weeks and nothing called text for multiple days and finally got a text message saying, it will be delivered the week of january 5 it is the end of the week and nothing. No one picks up the phone. Mind you they want to schedule a follow up appointment for WHAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED BECAUSE OF THEM
