I would like to express my gratitude to the doctor for being so attentive, professional, and for always taking the time to truly listen to me. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and in a safe space. Her dedication and the way she cares for her patients truly make a difference. She is an exceptional professional and a genuinely caring person.
Had my appointment on Dec 5 was told I would receive my medication in 2 weeks and nothing called text for multiple days and finally got a text message saying, it will be delivered the week of january 5 it is the end of the week and nothing. No one picks up the phone. Mind you they want to schedule a follow up appointment for WHAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED BECAUSE OF THEM
