Another car stealership. I had a car delivered to me from here and it arrived with a check engine light on. I reached out to let them know and they promised to reimburse me for what I spent to fix it. I sent the receipts and they completely ghosted me. Calls, texts, emails, nothing.
1 YEAR LATER HONEST REVIEW! I went to sublime one year ago to get the used vehicle I am currently driving today. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and made the process fast and easy to get into something different and very reasonable. It is a used vehicle over 100,000 miles so of course some things have come up over the past 13 months (usual stuff with a 2006 over 100,000 miles but nothing crazy). Bought a fairly priced Subaru here some months back. They were easy to work with and even let me borrow the car for a couple days to get inspected by a third party while I left my truck there. Most places would definitely not have let me do that. Owner was cool and knowledgeable on the mechanics of his vehicles. Would do business with again for sure.
Sarah and Robin at Sublime Motors are seriously some amazing people. I just recently bought a vehicle from them that needed something fixed, they not only went above and beyond getting it fixed but Sarah stayed in contact even after I got my car. You rarely meet people like them and I would recommend them to everyone!!
