Had an amazing experience at an event. All the servers were lovely, especially named Eric, I think. He was so thoughtful out for us with refills of Sanpellegrino!!
Hired Michael and crew to cater for our wedding and a celebration of life events. He is an amazing and genuine person so as his staff. They are thoughtful and make sure things go smoothly. From the moment we did the tasting we immediately drawn to Michael and Siobhan (his head chef)'s hospitality. Guests were impressed by the service, food, taste, well- balanced diet. Was definitely surprised by how much they can deliver considering all the cooking was done offsite.
Michael and his team recently catered my wedding for 100. They were absolutely a delight to work with. Michael helped create a memorable experience for my guests...everyone was RAVING about the food! The shrimp dumplings, pork skewers, and beef were all incredible. Michael also took care to provide both vegetarian and vegan options as well, so everyone was well fed. Michael and his team always do a fantastic job. Sublime has catered several large events for us (~120 guests) @UHN and it's always a pleasure to work with Sublime. Their food and service are consistently incredible.
