Avoid This Vegan Experience – Poor service, dirty dishes, tasteless food...Sublime is an absolute disgrace and it's an embarrassment to Broward County to be rated 4 stars. 4 stars is a rating given to those restaurants which exhibit an overall excellent dining experience including both food and service. Dull, bland food -- OK service – Although Sublime seems to be a favorite among the vegan (and non-vegan) crowd in Fort Lauderdale, I don't see the appeal. The restaurant itself is very nice, and the service slightly above average (if perhaps a little slow). But restaurant lives and dies by its cuisine, and it's here where Sublime falls flat. Bad Service, Poor Food – We decided to give Sublime another try the other night, its their third go-around now after closing and reopening three times since their introduction in Fort Lauderdale. The service is still lackluster, as it has always been. The waiter took our drink orders and didnt show back up for around 15 minutes to take our food orders. Awful customer service, tepid food – Average to poor food and INCREDIBLY bad service -- even hostile. The waiter was great, but we made a special request the managment could not, or rather would not, provide for a member of our party who was celebrating a birthday there. Sublime is Subpar - worst vegetarian food.. – I could not wait to go to Sublime and had the wort service and food ever. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life and was so happy when I found this vegan restaurant after my move to South Florida. Totally Sublime – I have been to this restaurant numerous times. My sister and brother in law are both Vegan, I and my husband are not. Everytime they come for a visit this is a "must do". The first time we took them to this restaurant my sister almost cried she was so happy to know and be able to order an entire meal no substitutions from their varied menu. such attention to detail – I was blown away. I thought I might see a bunch of overgrown hippies chowing down. No, it was superb. There are two beautiful window waterfalls that are the most charming and peaceful additions to this well thought out restaurant. SublimeSuperb – Every thing anyone could ever want/need in a healthful/vegan/organic and peaceful environment. The food is outstanding. After dining here, there is no place at all in South Florida or elsewhere that I know of that is even somewhat comparable to the high quality, stellar service, food diversity, and their Whole Emporium. Someone who has missed this restaurant has truly missed an enriching dining environment and experience. Can't wait to go back!
