We had a wonderful experience! My 8 yo son ordered a burger and it ended up being too spicy for him to eat. the staff over heard and instantly offered to remake him a new one free of charge, without any hesitation They were incredibly kind and understanding. The owner also came by to apologize and he was really friendly. Excellent customer service like this, is hard to find. They really went above and beyond to make things right, even though we didn’t ask them to. We’ll definitely be back.!
Fast and clean, well done
Okay ...now I know why everyone talks about Sublab. I finally tried the famous Taouk sandwich and wowwwww.the garlic sauce is absolutely heaven. Im a huge garlic lover and this is hands down one of the best garlic sauce I've ever tasted. I also got the steak sub,and let me tell you...it's on a whole different level. So juicy, packed with flavor, and every bite was amazing. If you know good food, you NEED to try Sublab. Everything is fresh, delicious,and worth every bite. Highly recommended.
