RecommendedI was having a problem with my old Outback. I was looking for solutions on internet messageboards, my repair manual, etc. No luck. I called Brian, his voicemail said leave a message or send a text. I texted him, describing what my problem was. He walked me through fixing it via text message! What a fantastic guy! What mechanic does that?!@ I'm really grateful, and the next time this dinosaur starts messing around, it'll be Subie Service for sure!

Brian has been a lifesaver in working on my Outback. His thoroughness, knowledgeability and affordable rates are unmatched in Flagstaff. He even made a free house call to check a hose on his own initiative !!! I would and have recommended him to my friends.

Brian was absolutely amazing when I took my car in for a second opinion after getting a $2500 quote for repairs from the Subaru dealer in Las Vegas. Brian was incredibly personable and was a great teacher. He put my car up on a lift and gave me a tutorial of my vehicle, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Las Vegas said I had an oil leak and bad bushings. Brian showed me there was no leak, just that someone dripped oil when refilling and he showed me how to tell when my bushings are bad. If you are a Subaru owner, Brian is the mechanic you want working on it. A good honest mechanic is hard to find, and Brian is just that. I drive from Prescott because its worth it for the service he provides.
