I have been going to this vet for around 9 years. They have recently lost a lot of their long term staff members, which has left me feeling Incredibly sad. I have no idea about the circumstances for the departure of so many staff in a short period of time, but the whole reason I bring my dogs and cats to Subiaco is purely because of the staff. The walk in clinic is badly organised. The vet was offhand and rudely saw pets that arrived after mine. Two hours waiting. In the past the vets managed to do routine tests without resorting to tranquillisers. The vet, a new recruit, appeared nervous around cats and couldn't cope without tranquillising the pet, which I refused. Disappointing that this practice has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous.
100% would recommend this vet! Wished I lived closer otherwise id take my dog here permanently! The staff were friendly and they seem to be confident on what they do!
Wouldn't go any where else! The vet Jaymie and nurse Gabby were so patient and gentle with my nervous dog. They both took the time to work with her and make it as stress free as possible. Really lovely clinic and the loveliest team!
Will not return here. Staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes were made that significantly impacted our dogs wellbeing that we received no apology for, and our very reasonable feedback was not welcomed or considered. It’s disappointing how the standards have deteriorated since Greg retired.
