Wouldn't go any where else! The vet Jaymie and nurse Gabby were so patient and gentle with my nervous dog. They both took the time to work with her and make it as stress free as possible. Really lovely clinic and the loveliest team!
Will not return here. Staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes were made that significantly impacted our dogs wellbeing that we received no apology for, and our very reasonable feedback was not welcomed or considered. It’s disappointing how the standards have deteriorated since Greg retired.
I took my 1 year old rescue Border Collie to Subiaco Vet and explained he was aggressive and needed to be sedated to have a health check up and vaccinations (which the vet said they could not do on weekends, after being told by reception that they could). The vet who was working on a Saturday morning completely disrespected myself and my dog, he wondered why I would adopt a dog who was bought back to the rescue shelter so many times and that I was wasting my time and care into my dog.
