INSOLVENT, HORRIBLE unprofessional & AVOID like the plague. They ordered urgent stock from us and their credit cards declined 3 times & promises us EFT but later they refused to pay or get delivery with their own staff Georgie saying they were going BUST as the owner refuses to pay for stock. We waited for 4 days till we were told order cancelled despite promises it was going ahead, lucky we didnt deliver anything to them if they went into bankruptcy. This place looks like its gone bankrupt.
We have been with Subivet for nearly two years and the staff has been excellent. Grant in particular was very good in handling some serious issues with our dog.
Very professional and caring. Have had 3 dogs over about 30yrs all with them. Very happy.
Waited for over an hour to see someone and paid almost $140 dollars for the veterinarian to say they wouldn’t do anything because our cat was too aggressive and to come back next week to be sedated and left there for the day. I understand the challenge to examine an aggressive animal but doing literally nothing, not even letting her go out of the carry bag and jumping straight to the above is a joke he didn’t even look at her….pathetic. Dr Grant was a life saver for 16 YO Flossie. He sussed what what was needed on the Monday after I spent over 3K on weekend vets. Once he worked out her issue, everything changed. Cannot recommend more highly. Jane and Flossie
