Very upset. This service started well but deteriorated with time and complications. Two of the five staff I interacted with were competent. I had two serious health issues once starting the CPAP trial. I communicated with them throughout and offered to return the CPAP machine but was reassured that my trial could be postponed. Twice, in two months, two of the three people I was put in touch with was on leave. I was charged double rental for about 10days use. Do not use the rental service. This people said that they would send the invoice to Medicare and we would get a rebate back. We never got rebate back still waiting after 3 weeks. They just a bunch of liars. I wouldn't recommend this facility for your sleep studies. But I will make a complaint against their facility this is totally unprofessional.
My son is currently at SJOG Sleep Study and is required to nap during the day. This is impossible with a hammer drill above going off and on all day. Additionally the bed he is in was not working - he suggested it was the battery but they said no - only to find out later it was the battery. However it still will not lie flat, so he has to go from one room to the other between 20 naps!!! How a person is meant to sleep with all of these disturbances I have no idea. No one ever at reception. You press the button to let them know you're here to no response. Been waiting close to 45 minutes. I'm just here to pick up something. All you here is laughing and chat down the back, nobody doing their job.
