Had an appointment waited for months and on the day of appointment they sent someone else instead of us and didn’t give a ETa even for how long we need to wait. when asked there is no apology or anything. They were threatening me instead and declined treatment as I questioned very validly front desk staff Ariel and doctor subhekchya sharma. Don’t waste time with her rather find a good doctor and good staff her full team is waste and she takes no action.
She is an absolute angel! So sweet, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I always feel very safe and cared for. She is a safe person for people in larger bodies.
I had an appointment that I had waited for 3 months. She never showed up for appointment and then never contacted me with apology, or to reschedule. Obviously entitled.
