This doctor was great with my hernia repair. Appointment was set quickly and not 2/3 months out. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Was not in a rush with me. Day of procedure he was awesome, making sure I didnt have any additional questions. His front office was great, very friendly, and worked hard to get my insurance approval. I only wish he did his procedures in Midland
They changed my fiancés surgery date after telling her she “had” to do it on a certain date. Doctor is very nice but front desk lady is extremely rude in every conversation. We switched to another doctor because of the front desk employee!

Developed gallstones and was referred to Dr Nagalla. Hands down the best surgeon. He explained everything that was happening and why. Surgery ablnd post surgery was the same. Good surgeon, good bedside manners. His staff was very nice and office is clean. Highly recommend
