the mechanics at "Subaru's R US" enabled me to keep driving my 1990 Honda Civic for 25 years! That would not have been possible without their willingness to find parts for an old car (which they did amazingly quickly), and to do repairs so competently for such reasonable rates. They are MORE than honest, and even made a small repair once without charge because they weren't positive that they had fixed it! (although they actually did!). This is a great place to bring your Subaru for service and repairs. They are fast, friendly and honest. Everything they do to your car is fully explained. Most importantly, the cost is very reasonable. With 2 Subarus in the family, having a good mechanic you can trust is very important, and Subarus R Us never let's us down.
Good guys, have always been nothing but professional when I have gone in. This is a great little shop with guys who know what they're doing.
Always honest, thorough, and reliable. If you look up typical parts and labor costs for the repairs needed they are always spot on what is expected. The parts used are not the bottom line cheapest, but good quality for the money. Easy key drop off, and they contact you with all necessary information without sleazy push sales approach that some places have. Good people.
Paid over $1,000 to get my struts repaired/fixed still having problems. Bolts loose on both sides. Not very friendly either. Would not recommend.
