I bought a car from Salesperson Gene. It pulled to the left and the drivers door handle was missing. He said come back at noon, it will all be fixed. He broke the door panel re installing the door handle. He also told me they were so busy that they were unable to do the alignment. He PROMISED me that all it needed was an alignment and wouldn't cost more than $60. I bought a used subaru from them and drove from Memphis to pick it up. When I got home here are the things they failed to disclose and what they promised. A/c has leak, ascending unit in gas tank broken (said they would fix)dealer refuses to address now and won't send me the part, wrong tire size so odom is not accurate. Needless to say they are more interested in the slug lot approach and are terrible about customer service and keeping promises

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! VERY DISHONEST. We test drove a car here and they classified it as Certified Pre-Owned with a 127 point check and stated the car was in excellent condition. When we told them we wanted the car looked at by a mechanic they wanted us to go to their mechanic to have it checked out. We took it to a local mechanic of our choosing instead to have it checked out before buying. Upon inspection the cars underneath was completely rusted. The rotors were completely rusted. This is your prototypical used car dealer. The associate tried to get me to buy his "favorite car." I took it for a test drive and it was evident that there was some major problem with the engine. I told the associate about it. The following week I was there trying to collect what I found out was a nonrefundable deposit (I lost 500.00) And there was an old man standing next to that vehicle with the hood up, obviously broken down. It was sad.

Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a 05 subaru outback form them, test drove it and everything seemed fine. Got the loan, drove it off the lot, literally 5 miles down the road the check engine light comes on. I take it back to them, they replace the spark plugs for $100 (you car do it easily yourself, with top notch plugs for under $20). That wasn't the issue, it was both of the Catalytic converters. Horrendous experience. Found them on craigslist (mistake number 1). Car I bought was a piece of junk that has caused me nothing by nightmares since I got it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
