Waited 5 plus hours for an oil change at a regular service interval which I pay for as part of my lease. If you don't value your time and like being treated with zero respect give this place your business.
There is no service in the service department. I don't know why I keep giving them another try and take my car back. Terrible communication, they forgot they even had my car, a one day simple fix took 4 days. My car was even there first thing in the morning with a scheduled appt. I requested a loaner without any luck. Advisor said he would call me back, he never did. Unfortunately this isn't the first occasion.
I came to this dealership and the service department from a different Subaru dealer, even though it’s further away From my house under the recommendation of Subaru North America. I went to Subaru world of Newton. I am so grateful that I did! There is nothing false here—- they will not tell you you need this and you need that when you really don’t like my other dealership would. It is amazing to me That dealers can be so different.
