I would strongly advise Subaru (or any car) owners to avoid this service centre at all costs. My vehicle was damaged while in their care (Subaru Alexandria, Sydney City) care, and nobody informed me. I only discovered the damage myself as I was leaving the dealership. The damage was acknowledged by staff, but the way the situation was handled afterwards was completely unacceptable.
