Disappointing Service at Subaru Dealership – Great Cars, Poor Customer Care: I’ve had two visits to this dealership’s service department, and both were frustrating. Most recently, I dropped my car off the day before my appointment, just before closing. No one greeted me upon arrival, and inside, employees sat at their screens ignoring customers, leaving me standing awkwardly and unsure what to do.
