Appt time 10:30, arrived 10:15 Came in for oil change and tire rotation. (Okay with paying a little more than the 10 minute places to ensure quality work) Asked for an inspection to fix what is about to break. 12:30 Technician says the bushings need replacement and filters need changing. (I am physically disabled, so, without hesitation, i approve). I asked if this could be done today and if so, how long would it take. Service rep says 2 hours.
