Dealer said. brakes on used car were 7 out of 10 for rear and 10 out of ten for front. After only 100 miles, brakes are are acting up. Returned for service inspection and told brakes were 5 out of ten and rotors warped requiring $800+ of repair. Buyer Beware!

I bought a Forester in March of 2024 with 2 years of maintenance included. At my 24 month service appointment, I was given a packet of recommended services that listed a differential fluid change at 18,000 miles or 18 months. The packet also included information about the importance of fluid changes based on time rather than mileage due to the extreme Arizona heat degrading fluids more rapidly (my car has low mileage). I purchased a used Subaru Outback from this dealer back in December 2025 and discovered at my first service visit that they sold me the car with the front suspension and struts completely failing and no longer stabilizing the car at all which is a huge safety issue. I am very displeased that this issue was not resolved prior to the vehicle being placed on the market. My sales rep. was Jason DeFelice (JD). He asked specific questions so he would know what I was looking for in a vehicle and the ballpark amount I wanted for a monthly payment. He did a great job picking the very first vehicle because he took the time to listen to what was/wasn't important to me. He was very easy to talk with about vehicles and other subjects that came up. This dealership in its sales and processing in my opinion is a fly by night small time used car lot. Hyper aggressive push on gap insurance, extended warranties, Lojak installs,etc. If you want Subaru pick another dealer.
Called the dealership twice to find out when me spouses warranty expires. The first attempt the finance department not available. The gate keeper that answers the phone had awkward silence. This was a fail. I got a card about trade up B's so I called the number on the card. Sales person answered. She found the finance person. Said he would email. Dealership is closed no email. The service department has lost our keys before. Management did not think it was a issue.
