Although the car I was interested had been sold, I was called within 8 hrs of expressing interest. The caller was friendly and offered info on similar models that were available. No pressure.
We were contacted about the desired car and told to come in for a test drive. When we arrived we were told they decided not to sell the car and a second cart was not actually on their lot. I received a second call the next day asking us to come in for a test drive; I had to tell them that one car was no longer listed and the other is on a dissent lot. They have no idea what is going on over on their own lot.
