We brought our Car in on Monday morning, no appointment, after having difficulty with the back hatch not closing and the warning buzzer continually going off all weekend. A young lady met us in the service department and immediately asked if we needed help. She was friendly and knowledgable. Within a few minutes she explained what needed to be done and had a service tech come out and correct the problem. She also helped with two additional questions. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Thanks for you help!!
