Very disappointed with my experience at Open Road Subaru. My 2023 Subaru WRX has had multiple Low Oil warnings (more than 3 times) while still under factory warranty. The first issue happened in May 2026. The dealership found no leaks or signs of burning oil, performed an oil change, and later completed an oil consumption test that they said was normal. Fast service, friendly knowledgable staff.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received. On Saturday, July 11, I brought my 2023 Subaru WRX to the dealership because the "Low Oil" warning light came on again. This is the second time this has happened while my car is still under the factory powertrain warranty. The first time was on May 16, 2026. I was told there were no oil leaks and no signs that the engine was burning oil. They performed an oil change and asked me to come back after about "1,200 miles". Somethings wrong with this place. 2 out of 3 times recent times that I have been literally the worst service experiences of my life. They talk down to you, they act like you're an inconvenience when you want the services explained. I am not just a "young lady" like the advisor pointedly called me. I do my own basic work on my car and I refuse to be scammed and talked around in circles. center ever and all I do is just smiling your face like everything is handled and it’s not. They had my car for one week and did nothing to it just had a sentence I pull out of the service center first thing the splash guard flies from under the car and I got a fetch for it on 22 secondly, my brakes this week and still that means you had it for a week did not even the brakes didn’t they have my CarPlay Glitching and disconnecting then they say oh well we’ll just give you another courtesy car fix it after you just had it for ... read more
