Bad to worse! Posted a review on here after a bad experience trying to get my sunroof fixed ….. after it was supposedly fixed by Open Road. Got a call from someone at Subaru asking me to take the bad review down. They had an “offer” for me. First they said they would make me a great offer on purchasing a new Outback. Insulting. Then they said they could not make the repair to fix my sunroof but could connect me with a repair shop that would fix it. That was 3 weeks ago. They got it done, we had some issues which got resolved.
First I am told a month ago, after being charged $700 to calibrate my eyesight that they couldnt calibrate my eyesight because the camera was broken and it would cost 5k for a new camera. This morning I was told that despite a class action lawsuit against Subaru and Subaru having to extend the eyesight warranty for my car, "my" car isn't covered because I have modified their wiring. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 40 minutes to be told they couldn’t do the service because there techs were busy with other vehicles. What’s the point of an appointment than? Don’t waste your time go to a better dealership.
