Colton had in and out in an hour. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation has my Outback feeling good! The young lady who helped with paint on my running board did an excellent job in removing the paint. Thanks to all!!
What great service! Colton was so pleasant and informative throughout the entire visit. Contacted me when they finished and reviewed results afterward. Comment regarding the scheduler’s offer for ‘Waiting Appointment’ vs ‘Drop Off Appt.’ in my experience: for my ‘Drop Off’ I was welcomed to wait in the Customer Lounge, use their shuttle service, or return when completed. There were more ‘Drop Off’ appointments…so I chose that option.
Colton was just so great !! So pleasant and thoughtful! Great guy !
Service was done a bit over an hour after arriving. Was sent video of the inspection and suggested extra services to approve. Nice waiting area. There was a computer issue that delayed my paperwork, but it was emailed to me few days later by Emilio. I'll be be back for our next service!
