Subaru Pembroke Pines gave me the most pleasant experience EVER. They felt like a big family and welcomed me in with ease. I was lucky enough to have Julio Campos assist me with leasing a car. He was so patient and personable, not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. He gave me thorough information about leasing and gave me time to work it all out. They have a lack of communication with the client that is surprising. They keep using automated message systems with boiler plate language in place of human interaction and genuine care. Faux Service and care is what you can expect. ***You really responded to this review 5 years after the fact...I don't even own a Subaru anymore...stop using automated tools and get back to using humans that can actually communicate.
