Christian is great. I request him everytime because I feel he is genuine, kind, and honest. He takes the time to explain things to me. He kept me updated on warranty work and explained how the process worked. He works with my work schedule to fit me in and makes sure I have a ride back and forth. And does his best to find the best deals for the service I need. I appreciate him.
I purchased my car from Hanlees Napa Subaru and also prepaid my maintenance plan, and I’ve consistently had great experiences with both their sales and service teams. Best Customer Service EVER We are a Subaru Family, and I have serviced my cars in many Subaru dealerships, but i went into Hanlees Napa today and was treated like a king. Christian helped me, and got me in and out in great time, and a great price too It seems like the people working there enjoy their jobs, and the atmosphere is very fun and friendly, while still very efficient. I got everything I needed, and was out quickly with a smile. Made my day, and it is my new go-to service department.
Genuinely a great experience dealing with Paulina and Manager Mike. My wife and I had visited three dealers the day before and each of them had made the experience difficult, employing a range of pushy sales tactics that in every instance resulted in significantly inflated prices after various add ons and dealer fees. At Hanlees Paulina and Mike were entirely pleasant to deal with, spared us the bullsit and got us out the door quickly for a good price. Will be taking our business there going forward.
