I bought my car here and have had all the service done here. I’ve always had a good experience. It can take a while, but if I let them know ahead of time that I will need a loaner car, they generally got me one at no charge. I just had to refill the gas tank to where it was when I got it. Even when they didn’t have a loaner car, I was still able to get a ride from their chauffeur guy to my destination, and then a ride back when my car was done. I always have great service anytime I go here.
The people themselves are always super friendly and easy to work with, very clean place. But I can almost NEVER get ahold of someone to ask questions without calling at least 4 or 5 times, very frustrating to have to go through that nearly every time I call, each time.
