Express Oil Change. Asked Houston to please get me in as soon as possible, I only needed the Oil Change, No tire rotation, No Car Wash, No Filters, just the Oil Change. He got me asap

I recently purchased a new iPhone and was unable to pair it with my Crosstrek Bluetooth. I called to schedule an appointment and reached Cory who, after patiently trying to problem-solve with me over the phone, encouraged me to come into the service area and to ask for him. I stopped by later in the afternoon and Cory provided the service on the spot - at no cost to me! He was incredibly friendly and helpful and I am very grateful for the excellent customer service!
