Engine light came on and got an appointment the next day - thanks! Appreciate the loaner car. Problem fixed quickly.
The whole service experience, start to finish, is very good. Top notch. The only disappointment for me, is that Subaru dealership has not offered me any warranty beyond the standard warranty of 3 years - 36,000 miles. My vehicle is a 2022. The miles on the odometer is below 22k. Perhaps, Subaru after sales support team should be more cognizant of their customers needs.
Owen and his team provided detailed information of the issues found with my CROSSTREK. Issues were resolved within 24 hours. Appreciate the quick service and the honesty provided. Will continue doing business with Subaru of Wichita.
