Always an excellent experience when getting my Crosstrek serviced. Staff is professional and friendly, waiting area is comfortable with great snacks, and service time was quick.
Excellent customer service in the part/service department.
Car was towed to their shop Sunday..was able to leave fob for early bird service. They diagnosed issue Monday morning but had to order a part which arrived next day. They completely repair and kindly delivered it to my hotel as I was stranded 300 miles from home and traveling with my dog. Shane also kindly added ice to my cooler so my items didn't spoil. Thanks for going the extra mile.
