Over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and wheel bearings that went out at 42k miles. Jamie has been a terrible service representative and lied to my face on 3 occasions today on when my car would be ready. Also in what world does 2 wheel bearings take 3.5 hours? Oil change tire rotation 15 minutes tops. I’ve had better customer service at a wendys in flint than this place. Ill make sure my next car isnt from serra subaru after today! Went in for an inspection and transmission fluid change. Everyone I talked to was helpful and honest, Laura was very kind and it was great working with her.
