I am giving three stars due to the service was fine. HOWEVER, I called three times and left messages every time to schedule an appointment and never received a call back. I finally made an appointment on their website however I still never received a call back. I understand that a lot of things are done on line now but you should still call a customer back when they leave multiple messages. I have bought atleast 4 vehicles from here and would think they would appreciate that.
What can I say i wasnt serviced because my 2008 Subaru Outback LL Bean 3.0 was too old. It had 198k miles on it which is over their un advertised policy of 150k. I broke down 400 miles from home with a simple radiator leak. Left it in the parking lot. Enjoy McDaniels.
