I am giving three stars due to the service was fine. HOWEVER, I called three times and left messages every time to schedule an appointment and never received a call back. I finally made an appointment on their website however I still never received a call back. I understand that a lot of things are done on line now but you should still call a customer back when they leave multiple messages. I have bought atleast 4 vehicles from here and would think they would appreciate that.
What can I say i wasnt serviced because my 2008 Subaru Outback LL Bean 3.0 was too old. It had 198k miles on it which is over their un advertised policy of 150k. I broke down 400 miles from home with a simple radiator leak. Left it in the parking lot. Enjoy McDaniels.

The used car sales manager, Abel, and salesman, James, were great! This company still practices racial profiling in 2020. I will not give them my business! This was not a great experience at all. They falsely advertise, refuse to answer questions, and have horrible customer service. On the sticker of the car that they showed me it was advertised that I would receive free oil changes and car washes for 5 years. After I signed for the car and there was no turning back I was informed that this was not the case and they do not cover oil changes at all except for the first one. I tried my best to purchase a car from them today but it turned out to be an impossible task. This has to be the most inept dealership I have dealt with in my 72 years. They can't find the keys to their vehicles, the salesman doesn't know a car on the new car lot is sold because there's no "Sold" sign on it. They put a used vehicle in amongst new cars, then when you think you found the car you want, they inform you it's used! Then why is it on the new car lot?!
