Took it in for a free recall fix. Repair went okay so far. The inspection video had no audio but a long list of repairs needed with no severity warning. They also stole my keychain for some reason which is weird.
incompetent staff
They are friendly, fast, get you in and out quickly. I dropped off my Crosstrek to have the ceramic coating the smart glass and the inside protected. They gave me a rent a car, and I was in and out of there in less than twenty minutes. I'm just waiting for the callback to pick it up. Outstanding service.
