Great staff except one guy but I'll spare him the shame.
Extremely disappointed with the service department at Kearny Mesa Subaru. I was quoted $406 to do the rear brakes on my 2023 Outback, which I was told only included new pads and resurfacing the old rotors. I know OEM pads and brand-new rotors only cost about $120 online. When I asked the service rep why they charge so much just to turn old rotors instead of replacing them, I was met with dead silence. I took my car in for service and now the sales department will not stop harassing me. Leave me alone! I also can’t get a clear answer about how much they charge for a service they’re recommending. I wish I had gone to a different location
