Friendly Service
I've always had good and timely service; I've never had a problem with getting an appointment, and when something is important, quick and "easy" to fix (like a brake light replaced), the wait is not long. Subaru City takes very good care of my car!

This was my first time using the dealership at Schlossmann Subaru. Wow! Friendly Service Department agent Ashley. She made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. The service was done in the allotted time and they washed my car on top of the service. The waiting area was clean and provided complimentary beverages. Miss Ashley came to find me and walked me back for my check out. What a wonderful experience. The friendliness alone earns my repeat business and the pricing was exactly what they quoted me.
