I went in for an oil change & was told of a lug nut break on my driver side tire. I was charged $250 for a lug nut. Then I was denied the car wash because it was after 6. I did not receive my sticker for the next oil change. I was shoved out the door. I just moved to Milwaukee from St. Louis. My previous Subaru dealership was excellent with service. This place felt like I was scammed & dismissed.
I had an outstanding experience at Schlossmann’s Subaru. I worked with Jaun. He kept me updated from start to finish.
It’s always a good experience at Subaru City. Moon met me at my car and soon my work was in progress. Everyone is super friendly. I was given a ride home and picked up when work on my car was completed. Moon kept me informed as to the progress of the work being done.
Only 3 stars because I waited 5 hours. Bought my car saturday and check engine came on sunday and the engine stalled. I was frustrated because I just bought the car and I was already bringing it back. Otherwise I had a great buying experience and everyone was helpful.
Great friendly service......as usual!
