Huge waste of time. Not at all what I was expecting. I told the lady who scheduled it was my first time coming to the service center and I didn’t know what to expect and she gave me vague instructions on where to pull in when I arrive, but I never expected to be there an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change that I made an appointment for days in advance.
Absolutely a fantastic service center was phenomenal! For over eight years I’ve been helped with anything and everything that my Outback has needed. I can always count with respect, partnership and family treatment from the managers that lead the service center. They are on your side and trust them.
