This dealership has a few of the worst new car salesmen. The first one I dealt with by the name of Jessie; he refused to give me Costco membership prices and kept telling me that their prices were already cheaper than Costco Auto referral program; so, I left. I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle “as-is” means, and I accepted those terms. However, I do not believe “as-is” should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. Sold me Subaru in 2023, when i called to check if warranty was still there told me they will get back to me and never did. I guess after sale support does not exist?
In March I bought an Outback Wilderness and just love the care and even better, the staff was excellent especially Remy who guided us through the process.
One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.. So friendly and knowledgeable, Csaba knew what we wanted before we did. We had never even been in a Subaru before but so impressed we left with a new car. Never have we been given a tour of the dealership and treated so well by every single person we met. 5 star service from a to z.

My wife and I leased a Subaru Crosstrek from Grayson on 3/30/2026. The finance person we saw was Justin Cole and he was wonderful. He was professional and courteous. He was prepared, had everything ready for us to sign and the process was flawless. He was great!
We leased a Subaru Crosstrek from Grayson o 3/302026. Our sales person was Evan Dunlap and he made the experience wonderful. He was professional, courteous, friendly and engaging. He made the car leasing experience fun. We think he is great! We would definitely refer friends or relatives to Evan!
.Buying a vehicle is already stressful because the industry makes it that way, and this dealership makes it their passion to be deceitful. From unmentioned fees to the tried and true back and forth to the manager charade. If you value your time and your money, do yourself a favor and steer clear.
