Excellent customer service. Zach is the best, full of knowledge, and finds solutions to any problem.
The last few times I've had my suburu serviced here I've had issues with parts being left behind in my engine, the first time it was a screw , then a tire sensor was left behind in my wheel when it was replaced, this last time a nut and bolt was stripped on the oil pan when put back that when I took it to another place for an oil change they had to use an impact to get it off and I had to purchase a new bolt. As many times that I have had issues here I keep giving them a chance because they have compensated for their errors.... read more
