Dario was incredibly helpful. He had a no pressure sales approach and took time to answer all of my questions and ensure I felt fully informed when considering trading in my vehicle. He was helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the interaction and seemed to genuinely want to help.
ALWAYS ASK FOR SECOND OPINION WHEN DEALING WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They quoted random high prices for tires and parts multiple times and taking the cars elsewhere saved me 50-85%. Like a $1000 job was $180 at another place. It seems like they like telling people that they need a part changed just for the sake of creating business and jobs for the mechanics.
Update: I recently purchased a used vehicle here after having my new Subarus serviced by this dealership for the past couple of years. The purchase process itself was smooth, and the finance manager was excellent to work with. Unfortunately, after getting the car home, I noticed several issues that weren’t apparent during the nighttime delivery. The front bumper had been repainted, but the color match is noticeably off.
