BUYER BEWARE! Longtime customer won't be back. This used to be a nice dealership. Years ago, negotiated a lease with a nice young woman. She was respectful and stayed in the office throughout the entire negotiations. Came back at the end of the lease. Now we're back to the sleazy used salesman tactics. Discuss figures over the phone, but once you get there they don't know what you're talking about. They do the old-sit with you, then run to the "managers office" for a while, then come back with a counter offer, over and over.... read more
I would give this place a million stars. I am not a customer as I do not live in the area. I unfortunately had a flat tire in front of there location and called to find out if they could change my flat tire. The service man took it among himself to come outside and help me out. He put on my spare, filled it up with air and made sure everything was tight and good. I dont know his name but I just want to thank him and this place for allowing him to come help me out so I can make it home safely and get my kiddos from school.
Don’t drive 2 hours without confirming what you see online is correct. Full disclosure. The people I dealt with were very kind and gracious. However, I’m very disappointed today as I drove over 2 hours with my wife and 5-month-old to buy a car from this dealership. I was pre-approved by Capital One Auto Navigator and found the car through that site. The only thing the least bit disappointing in my expereince buying a car here was me and how long it took me to write a review! IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The place itself is awesome, John GM tremendous, Gabe our salesman outstanding, credit manager....everyone we ran into was kind and knowledgable and caring. SO grateful. Buy a Suburu and buy it here!!!!! I LOVE MY SUBURU!!!
