Drove in from out of province and developed a grinding noise in the left rear wheel of my Forester during the trip. They suspected it was a small rock trapped against the break rotor which it was. Had my vehicle back in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

Update: the initial review was made after a phone call to the business where we also felt dismissed. Now gaslighted by an account that is stated to be the owner of Subaru. To respond publicly months later asking if I am open to a conversation when we phoned in specifically for this is not acceptable. Nor is it acceptable to ever come up behind someone and touch them from behind and state in their response that this is not innapropriate behavior.
