I wanted to give a “shoutout” to two excellent employees in your Service Department. Nolan & Peter went out of their way to find my friend’s hearing aid It had slipped down beside the left passenger seat over the weekend. I could see it, but then it dropped down out of sight. So at first they fixed the problem under a warranty!! Than they called me back 3 days later and said I have to pay $2,500 because for some reason Subaru of America didn't want to pay for the warranty. After few times of arguing they ended up paying for it. It experience it self was super underwhelming!
Amazing dealer!!! There was a problem with a thermal valve. Took it in, they gave me a loaner and fixed everything under warranty no headaches!!
