So at first they fixed the problem under a warranty!! Than they called me back 3 days later and said I have to pay $2,500 because for some reason Subaru of America didn't want to pay for the warranty. After few times of arguing they ended up paying for it. It experience it self was super underwhelming!
Amazing dealer!!! There was a problem with a thermal valve. Took it in, they gave me a loaner and fixed everything under warranty no headaches!!
Subaru of Puyallup’s parts department is the best! They are really good about communication even though there’s supply chain issues everyone is facing and they were very nice and helpful!
