Wife waited well over 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Charged for services. Tires were not rotated. I marked them. Was thinking they weren't doing it on previous services based on tire wear. Car has 45k miles and need tires already. Also charges for a carbon cleaner, I'm skeptical that any of the work was completed. Actually predatory. Was given an OTD price IN WRITING, spent three hours here, and spent a lot of money on an Uber from Tampa — only to be told that I can't get the car for that price because it's not the same car they offered me yesterday, since it was a "dealer trade." And to come back tomorrow. I won’t be coming back ever. Don’t come here alone, especially if you are a woman.
